Director - Longmead Projects

Dominic Stokes, of Longmead Projects founded Stoford in 1996 and retired from the company in 2016 after 20 successful years. Stoford started out by refurbishing, letting and selling two shop units in Barrow-in-Furness and Skegness and grew to being an award winning and nationally recognised property developments company with completed projects totalling over 14 million square feet (1.3 million sq m) with a value in excess of £1bn. Projects included offices, distribution and manufacturing warehousing, hotels, retail and drive thru. Dominic was also the major shareholder of New Wood Securities Limited, being a commercial property investment company having a portfolio of several office and retail schemes, throughout the Midlands.
